Coyote Grill in Laguna is a fabulous brunch spot with amazing views! It’s located on the outskirts of Laguna Beach, which makes parking simple. The Green Chili & Cheese Omelette combined with a Bloody Mary is where it’s at, although I’d be cheating you if I didn’t mention the Huevos Rancheros as well, another great dish! The chili and cheese omelette is mixed with cheddar and jack cheese, and topped with an amazing ranchero sauce. The best part about Coyote Grill is that they have SO many menu items to choose from, anything from oatmeal and fish and eggs, to chicken enchiladas and burgers. Can’t forget their great bar selection, who doesn’t like a bloody or mimosa for brunch, right?
